CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Last minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in a credit card charge for half of the service’s value before being able to rebook another service.

RETURNS:

All makeup and seasonal item purchases are final. Professional equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Aveda returns are exchangeable or will be given a store credit for future purposes. No cash refunds will be issued.

OUR SERVICE GURANTEE:

Beehive Salon Cutting and Color Specialists are licensed professionals who are committed to satisfying your needs. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave or within seven days after your scheduled visit. In the case that we are unable to reschedule an appointment with the original stylist, another service provider will be recommended.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards are not transferrable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Beehive Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

THE SAFTEY OF YOUR CHILDREN:

The safety of your children, our guests and employees is very important to all of us at Beehive Salon. Therefore, we ask that only children receiving services at Beehive Salon may be present in the service area. If your child is under the age of 12, please have an adult accompany your child in the waiting area.

THE SAFTEY OF YOUR PETS:

Beehive Salon respects the relationship between our guests and their pets, but due to sanitation and safety regulations pets are not allowed inside the salon. Accommodations will be made for guests with disabilities.

WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY:

We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.
